These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tq55 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of tq55.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out on this page. Please read carefully before proceeding.
What You Need to Know at a Glance
tq55 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts held by persons under 18 will be closed and deposits refunded without exception.
Each individual may hold only one tq55 account, verified by mobile number and national identity. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
All deposits and withdrawals on tq55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are processed. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as stated in the platform.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by tq55 are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions detailed at the time the offer is made. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tq55 login credentials. tq55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.
tq55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the tq55 platform after any update constit utes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tq55.club in any capacity — whether you browse as a guest, create a registered account, or make a financial transaction — you enter into a binding agreement with tq55 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and tq55.
These Terms apply to all users of the tq55 platform regardless of the device used to access it, including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. They apply equally to players accessing tq55 from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations in Bangladesh.
tq55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice, except where required by applicable law. Any amendments will be published at tq55.club/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on tq55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tq55 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or using any feature of tq55 under any circumstances.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use the tq55 platform.
- Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active voluntary self-exclusion request submitted to tq55 or any other exclusion programme that covers the tq55 platform.
- Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the tq55 platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction. tq55 makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
tq55 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity from any player. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tq55 will result in the suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tq55 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tq55 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
During the registration process you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a username of your choosing, and a secure password. Your mobile number serves as the primary identifier for your tq55 account and must be a number registered to you personally. You may not use a mobile number belonging to another person to create a tq55 account.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tq55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password for your tq55 account that is not used on any other platform or service.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends, family members, or tq55 support staff.
- Notify tq55 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Enable any two-factor authentication features made available by tq55 to enhance your account security.
tq55 will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full payment credentials via any channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from tq55 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tq55 support immediately.
tq55 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Verification may require submission of government-issued identity documents. Accounts under review may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay temporarily restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tq55 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tq55 does not process transactions in any foreign currency. Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. tq55 may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to players where practicable.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the tq55 account. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. tq55 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the recipient account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the tq55 cashier at the time of each transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. tq55 targets a processing time of 10 to 30 minutes for standard withdrawal requests, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, for accounts undergoing identity verification, or where additional fraud checks are required. tq55 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.
- Verification Requirement: tq55 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players are advised to complete verification early in their account lifecycle to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw funds.
- Wagering Requirement: Funds received as bonuses or promotional credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Players should review bonus terms carefully before accepting any offer.
- Incomplete Wagering: If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, tq55 may, at its discretion, either cancel the bonus and process the withdrawal of the player's own deposited funds, or decline the withdrawal request until the requirement is met.
- Fraud Prevention: tq55 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, tq55 may report the matter to relevant authorities.
Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their mobile financial service provider when depositing or withdrawing. tq55 does not currently impose its own transaction fees, but this may be subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
Bonuses and Promotions
tq55 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict specific to that promotion.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by tq55 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion. Most deposit bonuses require a qualifying deposit of a specified minimum amount using a specified payment method.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier will always be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
- Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Game Contributions: Not all games on the tq55 platform contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active and incomplete may result in the first bonus being cancelled.
- Abuse Prevention: tq55 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be systematically abusing promotions will be restricted from future bonus participation.
tq55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active offer in good faith will not be disadvantaged by any mid-promotion changes to that specific offer's terms, except where required by law or to prevent fraud.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tq55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
- Underage Gambling: Using or attempting to use the tq55 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing or facilitating access by a person under 18.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one tq55 account, whether personally or in conjunction with others, for any purpose including bonus claiming.
- Fraudulent Deposits: Making deposits using stolen payment credentials, accounts belonging to third parties, or through any fraudulent means. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Money Laundering: Using the tq55 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparent gaming winnings. tq55 cooperates fully with any investigation by financial or law enforcement authorities.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets, or using any form of communication during live casino gameplay to gain an edge.
- Software Exploitation: Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the tq55 platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting bots, card-counting software, or exploit scripts targeting game vulnerabilities.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward tq55 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel provided by or associated with the tq55 platform.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your jurisdiction, age, or identity in any communication with tq55.
tq55 employs advanced security systems, transaction monitoring, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players who are found in breach of this section will have their accounts closed without prior notice, all pending withdrawal requests cancelled, and any balance forfeited where tq55 has reasonable grounds to do so under applicable law.
Account Suspension and Closure
Either you or tq55 may initiate the closure of your tq55 account, subject to the conditions described in this section.
Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request to close your tq55 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, tq55 will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding transactions. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, are processed with priority and permanent self-exclusion requests may not be reversed once confirmed.
Suspension or Closure by tq55: tq55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct section above.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 18.
- Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider in connection with the account.
- Dormancy — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked inactive. tq55 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before any balance is affected.
In cases where an account is closed by tq55 due to a breach of these Terms, tq55 reserves the right to withhold all or part of any remaining balance to offset losses incurred by tq55 as a result of the breach, subject to applicable law. Any dispute regarding an account closure decision should be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tq55 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tq55 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if tq55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tq55 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, network failures, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. tq55 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable but accepts no liability for any losses suffered by players during periods of platform unavailability.
Where a game result is determined to be void due to a verifiable technical error — including but not limited to software malfunction, data feed failure in live sports betting, or disconnection during a live casino round — tq55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the player in such circumstances. tq55 shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated had the error not occurred.
All games available on tq55 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. tq55 does not operate or control the underlying RNG systems and accepts no liability for outcomes generated by third-party game engines, subject to the voiding provisions described above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tq55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, tq55's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tq55 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
